As our operations continue to grow, we are now seeking a capable and dedicated Senior HR Executive to oversee human resources and office administration matters in Malaysia. This role requires a professional who can manage daily HR functions independently while collaborating closely with the Malaysia General Manager and the Singapore HQ HR team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their HR career in a multinational and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, IR / ER, and employee records.
• Manage leave, benefits, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Oversee Malaysia office administration, including vendor management, supplies, and facility coordination.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
• Manage offboarding processes : asset return, exit interviews, and final payments.
• Act as the main HR contact for Malaysia and liaise with Singapore HQ HR for escalated matters.
