We are looking for a detail-oriented e-Commerce Analyst to monitor and optimize product and marketplace performance across APAC. You will analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data for multiple markets and provide actionable insights to improve product visibility and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze KPIs for products and listings across APAC e-retailers (Lazada, Shopee, Tmall, Amazon Asia, etc.)
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for multiple markets
- Identify opportunities to optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns
- Conduct competitor and market analysis across different APAC countries
- Collaborate with operational team to implement data-driven improvements
- Track trends and provide recommendations to improve sales, conversion, and visibility
Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce data analysis, preferably in APAC marketplacesStrong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Understanding of APAC e-retailer platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tmall, Amazon Asia, etc.)Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insightsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets / projectsExcellent English communication skills; additional APAC languages a plusNice To Have
