Security Senior Executive, Investigation & Data Analytics

Reports To

Role Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and enhancing all activities under Surveillance and Investigations by enforcing protocols and reviewing and interpreting reports, information, and data prepared by the team. In addition, shall act as Senior Investigation Officer, facilitating systematic investigations by managing the process flow of security reports, investigation documents, and evidence adhering to the protocol to ensure the integrity of these activities and safeguard MAG's business interests.

Key Accountability

• Coordinate the implementation of comprehensive security measures for Surveillance & Investigations operations and propose enhancement of measures and procedures when necessary.
• Facilitate intelligence strategies aligned with MAG Security objectives and support strategic planning efforts and recommendations to senior management based on intelligence findings.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities to Surveillance & Investigations operations and contribute to discussions on mitigating the identified threat.
• Oversee daily security operations by coordinating with the respective section executives to ensure effective implementation of measures, including systems and assets under Surveillance and Investigation purview.
• Oversee the management of Security cases, ensure the investigation process remains focused and follow-ups are conducted. Including collection and preservation of evidence, ensuring meticulous documentation and proper analysis.
• Engage and coordinate with other relevant internal and external entities on operational issues that require collaboration actions or support.
• Draft reports on investigations, intelligence assessments, and profiling activities for senior management and maintain accurate records and documentation for Surveillance & Investigations.
• Coordinate assets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints while identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Areas of Experience

Experience in Aviation security operations focused on investigations, intelligence, and passenger profiling with proven leadership experience in managing security teams and initiatives.
