We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Partner Sales for a listed Japanese company in Tokyo Stock Exchange. This company specializes in eco-friendly office equipment products (LED lighting, copier, business phones etc.)
You will be responsible for managing partner distributors that handle the company's LED products – which is one of the company's key product lines. We are looking for individuals who want to take on new challenges with a high degree of autonomy!
Job Responsibilities :
Engage in new customer acquisition while learning the business, and then gradually shift your focus towards partner-management.
Maintain a close relationship with 300+ local distributors.
Supervise and provide product training to the local distributors.
Formulate, execute, and follow up on sales plans and strategies for continuous improvement in distributor sales.
Domestic business trips within Malaysia as needed. (Grab claim provided, no own transport needed!)
Job Requirements
Business level Japanese and English proficiency is a MUST (as you are required to liaise with clients from Japanese companies).
Ability to build strong relationships with agencies and drive sales growth through effective management and leadership.
Over 3 years of experience in proposal-based sales and new business development for corporate clients, regardless of product type.
SPM level & above.
