BI Analyst Frontend

Overview

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Frontend, part of the Global SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Team. Focus on frontend solutions and administration of one of the world's largest SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations (8000 unique users daily, 60000 story views daily). Drive adoption of analytics into reporting and decision-making across the organization by working with key business stakeholders to support analytical reports, dashboards, and planning needs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business by providing technical input, suggesting best practices, and identifying improvement opportunities related to SAC development using BW live connections to support critical business KPIs and processes.
• Provide support to the business on SAC stories / platform / planning solutions; collaborate with internal and external partners (SAP) to resolve issues, including troubleshooting BW queries related to SAC.
• Support daily operations by proactively monitoring and performing housekeeping of the SAC platform; perform due diligence checks on development objects to ensure they fulfill set standards and governance processes are followed.
• Participate in exploration initiatives to enable and roll out newly released SAC features and achieve operational excellence, including pre-assessment activities with enterprise architects by presenting and detailing the required technical architecture.
