Write Edge was founded in 2014 with a vision to deliver exceptionally effective lessons that help to build a strong foundation in the English language and nurture writing skills in young students.

From just 12 students and 1 branch in a small neighbourhood in Singapore, Write Edge has since expanded to 10 physical branches, 1 online arm and also offers online classes to students in Malaysia.

Drive Operations, Grow Enrolments, & Ensure Teaching Excellence

Are you a strategic, sales-driven, and customer-focused individual who thrives in business growth and marketing? Do you enjoy working in education and helping parents find the best learning experience for their children?

At Write Edge, we are expanding our premium English & Writing online programmes to Indonesia and looking for a dynamic leader to grow our business.

As Senior Centre Manager, Indonesia, you will play a key role in enrolment, sales, parent engagement, and marketing to drive student sign-ups and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time role with leadership potential, ideal for someone who is proactive, results-oriented, and eager to scale an education business.

Key Responsibilities :

Student Enrolment & Lead Generation

  • Execute marketing strategies to drive trial sign-ups and enrolments.
  • Handle parent inquiries, consultations, and enrolments to convert leads into paying students.
  • Develop and track lead generation efforts across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
  • Work with marketing agencies and partners to maximize outreach.

Parent & Customer Relationship Management

  • Engage with parents regularly via WhatsApp, email, and phone to build trust and improve retention.
  • Organise trial classes, workshops, and free events to attract new students.
  • Provide feedback to teachers and operations to ensure student satisfaction.
  • Business Growth & Expansion

  • Support the expansion of the programme to 200+ students by the end of 2025.
  • Explore local partnerships with schools, education consultants, and communities to drive enrollment.
  • Work with marketing agencies and internal teams to develop campaigns that resonate with Indonesian parents.
  • Identify opportunities for curriculum localization and differentiation based on parent feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore HQ team to execute business expansion strategies.
  • Operations & Team Support

  • Work closely with teachers and the admin team to ensure smooth class operations.
  • Oversee the student onboarding process and ensure parents have a seamless experience.
  • Help set up processes to scale enrollment and grow the Indonesia market.
  • Track and report key business metrics (e.g., student growth, retention, revenue).

    What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)

    Skills & Experience :

    3+ years of experience in education, marketing, sales, or customer management.

    Strong sales and communication skills—able to engage and convert leads.

    Experience handling parent inquiries and driving enrollment in tuition / education.

    Knowledge of Indonesia’s education market and what parents look for in enrichment programs.

    Hands-on experience in digital marketing, community outreach, and events is a plus.

    Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Comfortable working remotely and managing online education operations.

    Job Details :

    Location : Remote (Indonesia-based)

    Working Hours : Monday – Friday (11 AM – 8 PM) + 1 Weekend (830am - 630pm)

    Commitment : Full-Time
