- Position : Customer Experience Executive
- Salary Range : RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 / month

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Customer Experience team, you’ll be the bridge between Naluri and our users ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered. Your role will blend direct support, project coordination, and hands-on event involvement, both online and onsite.
Be a friendly first point of contact to handle and resolve members’ queries.Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customise prepared responses to members’ situations.Deliver excellent customer service through our communication channels (Naluri Assistant chat, phone, message and email).Work on-site for events or from home / office as applicable.Able to work on a shift basis.We want you to have
Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in any Health Sciences field or equivalent major; psychology, counseling, or health care management backgrounds are a plus.Fluent communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin are encouraged.A passion for change and a strong drive for outcomes.Open to new ideas and creativity.Willing to learn and grow in a fast-changing environment.1–2 years of experience in CX (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Willing to relocate within the Klang Valley region.Able to travel within Klang Valley and for occasional outstation assignments (travel allowance provided).Hybrid work environment — a mix of onsite, remote, and flexible locations.Medical insurance or allowance : your well-being is our priority.Free use of our digital healthcare app, providing 24 / 7 access to medical experts.Free therapy sessions : mental health matters too!Our Culture
