Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for toddlers, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Support the implementation of Montessori-based activities and lessons, ensuring they are age-appropriate and cater to individual learning styles and needs.
- Observe and document each toddler\'s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones, providing insights to the lead teacher for individualized planning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols to protect the well-being of the children.
- Provide attentive care to toddlers, including assisting with feeding, diapering, and toileting, while fostering their independence and self-care skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child\'s progress, behavior, and any relevant information, fostering a strong home-school partnership.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of early childhood education and Montessori principles.
- Supervise toddlers during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and encouraging positive interactions and cooperative play.
