Business Development - Project Specification Manager For Selangor

To plan and implement new product launching or organize product exhibition whenever is necessary.

To analyze sales results, market share and brand profits and adjust plans where necessary.

To initiate product improvement as dictated by changes in customer requirements and competitor action.

To promote and specify company products in architectural and construction projects.

To provide technical support and paint system recommendations to clients and specifiers.

To plan and organize suitable sales campaign, promotional items, or incentives for the customers.

To conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customer's needs.

To negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objection.

To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services.

To build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and government agencies.

To prepare and conduct presentation to architects, consultants and developers whenever deemed necessary.

To source and provide new potential projects information in the market.

Handle customer’s enquiries and feedback.

Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports for decision making.

To perform other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Business related field or equivalent.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking clients.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Retail / Project or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of paint coating systems & architectural coatings.
• 5 years' of working experience in paint, coating, or building material industry.
• Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and sales target.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibilities.
• Independent and able to multi-task and work under minimal daily supervision to accomplish objective.
• Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, Management and external agencies.
