Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of sales target and sourcing region markets
Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and business opportunities to drive successful commercialization efforts.
Work with prospective customers to identify unmet needs and implement initiatives to meet those needs.Profitably grow the business and manage opportunity analysis and execution of business development and new venture plans.Identify and evaluate entirely new-to-Avery business prospects that fit the vision and capabilities of the business, using existing technologies to expand to new or existing customers.Support development of systems and processes to collect, analyze and interpret sales data using tools such as Finance Cube and BI toolsUnderstand tools and support analysis to establish and reconcile gaps and errors.
Identify reporting and analysis problems, working with relevant organizations, system owners and management to resolve them (e.g., Finance, IT).Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes for the sales organization.Provide support to Sales Teams for customer data analysis, rebate analysis, new program ROI analysis and sales forecastDesign ad‑hoc reports based on available data and metrics to support sales initiatives.
Provide support for sales target formulation and review. In charge of the Sales Target Achievement measurement process (SIP) and manage the relevant enquiry.Support ad‑hoc projects to review systems and provide input to improve systems, enabling more detailed program‑level analysis for Sales Teams.Assist with system reviews, data collection, and process enhancement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.4+ years of experience in business development, sales, product management, marketing or a directly related field.Proficient in assessing customer needs.Negotiation skills in English and bilingual Chinese.Strong financial skills and business acumen.Knowledgeable in conducting market and territory analysis and planning.Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner.Skilled in project and process management, and in meeting facilitation.Ability to work within a highly matrixed organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce.Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps.#J-18808-Ljbffr
