Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment collection.
- Issue invoices, statements, and reminders to customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Review and evaluate customer credit limits.
- Prepare aging reports and update management on collection status.
- Work with sales and finance teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer payment records.
