Marketing Executive - Email Marketing

We are looking for a highly skilled  Email Marketing Specialist  who can plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is data-driven, fluent in customer lifecycle thinking, and has  excellent command of English  with strong storytelling and copywriting abilities.

As an added advantage, we are looking for someone who can also support  organic social content planning and posting , helping expand our brand presence across social channels.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Email Marketing (Primary)

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across newsletters, product emails, promotional sequences, and automated flows.
• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive email copy that converts.
• Manage and optimise lifecycle email flows (welcome, onboarding, churn prevention, win-back, etc.).
• Conduct A / B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to improve performance.
• Segment and manage email lists to ensure relevant, targeted communication.
• Analyse performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue per email) and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain deliverability health, monitoring bounce rates, spam, sender reputation, and IP / domain health.
• Ensure all emails comply with global privacy laws (GDPR, PDPA).
