Job Description
Finance
- Assist in Finance - AP and GL (Malaysia and Singapore)
- Perform monthly Management Reporting
- Analysis of Financial Data – extracting and defining relevant information
- Liaise with operation team on invoicing matters
- Process and verify invoices in accordance with company procedures
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date & update payment records
- Prepare and perform payment runs according to payment schedule
- Monitor cash balance and cash flows
- Assist with month‑end closing and financial reporting related to payables
- Respond to AP‑related annual audit, tax, statutory and compliance matters
Administration
Support the Commercial team on reimbursements, quotations and invoices, and management of customer accountsPerform administrative ad‑hoc tasks as required from time to timeRequirements
Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional CertificationExperience in preparing Malaysia and Singapore full set accounts would be a plusMeticulous and task‑orientedAt least 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting field is requiredGood proficiency in EnglishSeniority level
