About the role :

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our dynamic P2P team within BSI's Financial Business Services in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations across multiple regions, working closely with the APAC P2P Manager as part of our global shared services network. This is a hybrid position – three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Responsibilities

• Processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately, making payments and responding to AP queries.
• Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties on a timely basis.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the transactions processed as per BSI’s SLA and KPI.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the purchase ledger.
• Actioning month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team.
• Performing other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.
