Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance & Account Assistant based in Damansara. The Finance & Account Assistant will handle day‑to‑day finance and accounting tasks including managing petty cash, assisting with credit control, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role also involves providing support for accounting processes, maintaining clear communication with internal teams, and contributing to the efficient operation of the company’s financial activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Finance, Accounting, and Credit Control processes
• Proficiency in managing Petty Cash and financial transactions
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with team members and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in using financial software and tools
