Production Superintendent

Lead, supervise, and develop production teams to achieve daily and monthly production goals.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet demand.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve operational issues.

Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and manpower utilization.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work on Shift.
