Job Description
The Business Development Manager is pivotal in driving SEEK’s client reactivation strategies, rebuilding long‑term relationships and ensuring account success. You will manage a portfolio of roughly 500 accounts – SMEs, corporate clients and previously churned users – leveraging consultative door‑to‑door sales to uncover opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you’ll deliver tailored solutions, monitor sales pipelines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive retention and revenue growth.
