Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Sales Director with deep expertise in the glove moulding or glove production machinery industry. This role will lead the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships across regional and international markets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading high-value B2B sales cycles, building strong networks in the glove manufacturing sector, and managing high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for glove moulding machinery and solutions.
- Identify, approach, and close deals with glove manufacturers (local and global clients).
- Drive business development, including new client acquisition and expansion in existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in the glove manufacturing sector.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales professionals (local and international, if applicable).
- Collaborate closely with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to top management.
- Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 10–15 years of B2B sales experience , specifically in glove moulding, glove dipping lines, or industrial equipment for glove manufacturing.Able to communicate in Mandarin language.Deep understanding of glove production processes and requirements.Strong industry network with glove manufacturers in Malaysia and / or globally.Demonstrated success in leading large deals and negotiations.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel regionally / internationally as required.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s is an added advantage).Job Type : Full-time
