Role Description
Domain Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the overall successful delivery of products within the Domain, coordinating across product teams, and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Product delivery leads manage the resources and drive efficient execution to deliver high-quality products.
Purpose of Role
Domain Delivery Lead is accountable for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing project timelines, and aligning with key business stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are met. They oversee resource allocation, including assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are achieved. Additionally, they are responsible for mitigating risks, resolving issues, and maintaining overall quality and efficiency in product delivery processes.

Continuously evaluate and refine delivery processes, methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and qualityEnsure that products are delivered within the agreed‑upon timelines, meeting end‑user expectations and business objectivesFacilitate effective collaboration between different product teams, functions and key stakeholders involved in the product delivery processReview key artefacts to ensure that they are of sufficient quality and end‑to‑end solution is documented and maintainedIdentify and manage potential risks that could impact product delivery, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring contingency plans are in placeEfficiently allocate resources, budgets and tools to optimise productivity and ensure a successful delivery cycleManage third parties / implementation partners, including contract / Statement of Work reviewsDemonstrate 100% commitment to zero‑harm safety behaviours in support of a world‑class safety cultureMetrics

Collaborate closely with Product Domain Leads to understand product vision, roadmap and requirements, ensuring alignment between product strategy and delivery activitiesInteract with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, testers and analysts to facilitate collaboration, manage dependencies and ensure smooth execution of product delivery tasksEngage with key stakeholders, such as business, architects and end‑users, to gather feedback, provide updates and manage expectations, ensuring that the delivered product meets their needs and aligns with business objectivesFacilitate agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives, to foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within the Domain delivery teamsPromote a culture of learning and improvement by gathering feedback, analysing delivery performance metrics and implementing iterative changes to enhance the product delivery processJob Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Functional
Strong understanding of product management principlesProficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanAbility to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholdersProficiency in project management principles, including creating project plans, managing timelines and mitigating risksTechnical
Expertise in Customer Service Process (Workshop & Field Service) with hands‑on experience in SAP CS module and SAP FSM, and integration knowledge with CRM tools like SalesforceStrong understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices, tools, and methodologiesAbility to analyze data, metrics and performance indicatorsFamiliarity with quality assurance and testing processes, methodologies, and toolsProficiency in using and leveraging agile project management tools and technologiesStrong understanding of the technical aspects related to the product being deliveredMethodologies
