Accounts Assistant / Executive cum HR, Admin & Sales Support
1. Always keep communicate with third party or HQ finance team and answering all related questions about all transactions being.
2. Perform other duties, supporting interdepartmental and Ad-hoc task when required.
3. Reporting to subsidiary managing director all related accountings and senior sales assistance & operation for those related to sales assistance matters.
4. Always work as a team between inter-department to make sure all daily work flow and processes are smoothly.
5. Sales assistance is to align with company direction, to grow the company sales and market shares.
6. Sales support and follow up with sales team for all invoicing, preparing quotation and so on.
7. Handling customer inquiries, questions and all related to customer service.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree / diploma / certificate in accounting, business administration or related experiences in accounts, admin and sales support.
2. Good knowledge on bookkeeping procedure and debt regulations.
3. Good relational and communicative skills; ability and habit to work both independently and in a team. Self-management with right attitude and discipline.
4. Familiar with SQL system and computer literate with MS Office.
5. Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay and Chinese.
6. Team work, team building spirit, independent and result oriented.
7. High level of self-motivation and well-developed interpersonal skills.
