Responsible to develop export markets, establish long-term client relationships, and increase international revenue. This role involves handling full-cycle export sales, from prospecting and negotiations to logistics coordination and after-sales support.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand export business in target countries.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Conduct market research to analyze global trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to promote company products.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets, profit margins, and territory growth.
- Manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and compliance with INCOTERMS.
- Provide input on product development and pricing strategy based on market feedback.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, International Trade or a related field.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export sales within a manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Familiarity with SAP systems and sales reporting tools.Relevant experience in departmental leadership and team management is required.
