This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Payment Gateway Operations / Manager (支付运营) based in the vibrant Bukit Bintang area of Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the company's payment gateway services.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the payment gateway, ensuring transactions are processed quickly and securely
- Monitor payment processing performance and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Analyse payment data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the payment gateway's functionality and customer experience
- Oversee the training and development of the payment gateway operations team
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, technologies and best practices
