TREASURY - Manager / Senior Manager

Oversee and monitor overall month end closing (MEC) activities and period closing for completeness and timeliness.

Review and approve manual journals at month end with appropriate and complete supporting documentation.

Manage day to day operations of the corporate finance and treasury function from account payable, account receivable, treasury and general ledger and reporting in supporting the organization.

Propose, plan and implement projects to enhance process flow for finance.

As a coordinator with other departments on any finance related projects.

Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are properly documented and implemented.

Responsible for tax and audit related matters.

Facilitate the monthly closing activities.

Carry out month-end reporting to management and shareholders.

10.   Ensure financial system integration to General Ledger as well as the sub-ledger integrity.

11.   Review Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Bank Reconciliation components to ensure completeness and accuracy.

12.   Assist superior on ad-hoc basis in preparation of analysis and presentation materials.

13.   Involvement in system implementation and carry out continuous system improvements as well as

preparation of policies and procedures to enhance controls.

14.   Handle company Operation insurance matters.

15.   Assist Finance Vice President to oversee the smooth running of the Finance Department.

16.   Assists in the preparation of Boards Papers for the Board of Directors meeting.

17.   Manage and collaborate with external and internal auditors.

18.   Manage ad hoc requests from internal or external stakeholders.

19.   Lead and drive any projects as assigned to meet organization's goal.

Job Requirement : Education required :

Minimum bachelor's degree in related field

Preferably in Accounting or professional qualification like CIMA / ACCA or equivalent / MIA member

Years of experience :

10 years and above in relevant experience in Finance / Accounting.

COST MANAGEMENT- Section Head (Assistant Manager)

Prepare, Review and approve month end close JV with complete supporting documentation.

• Oversee and manage the month-end closing process to ensure completeness and timeliness of period-end activities.
• Plan, execute, monitor the Annual Operational Planning (AOP) & Long-Term Business Plan (LRBP) to meet management's goal.
• Manage and develop the team, including task delegation, KPI setting for the team's process areas, coaching, and performance development.
• Periodic reviews and analyses of production, manufacturing, and price variances in the P&L, working closely with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure the accurate calculation of standard costs and monitor cost variances to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Involved in Oracle implementation to leverage capabilities and identify areas for process improvement in cost management automation.
• Implement best practices in costing methodologies for different product groups to publish the quarterly price list to the sales team.
• Monitor results for yearly stock take and review inventory control in optimal level.
• Support external audit and tax preparation functions as relates to cost accounting.

Degree in Business / Accounting or Professional Qualification in financial accounting or management accounting

8-10 years in relevant experience in Finance / Accounting / Costing
