What you'll be doing

• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Provide strategic financial advice to the leadership team to support business objectives and decision-making
• Lead the preparation and filing of all financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory compliance
• Implement robust internal controls and processes to ensure financial integrity
• Manage the accounting team and mentor more junior staff
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial operations and systems
• Support the company's IPO readiness by overseeing relevant financial workstreams
