Manager, Compensation & Benefits (6 months contract) Support the Senior Manager for leading the Performance & Reward Function by focusing on the implementation of Human Resource programs particularly in the areas of compensation & benefits, shifts in benefit trends, pay equity and legislative changes, with the aim to cultivate performance driven-culture that best supports the Company’s business and growth strategies. Responsibilities
To review company's C&B framework, salary & benefits surveys Actively in Annual Total Compensation (ATR) cycle, pay ranges according to job families / salary positioning Assist in Budget assumptions / Business expenses monitoring & utilization Perform UAT for system deployment Active in annual review, mid-year & year end reviews Consolidation and review ratings for performance calibrations Prepare and submit report for both internal / external stakeholders Streamline and improvise HR policies / procedures in line with Group Practices Details
