This job is for a Technical Solution Architect who crafts tailored solutions, delivers engaging presentations, and provides technical expertise to clients and sales teams. The Technical Solution Architect is a technical expert who bridges the gap between sales and technical teams, playing a crucial role in winning new business. As a trusted expert, they decode customer needs, showcase cutting-edge product capabilities, and craft innovative, tailored solutions that captivate clients. Acting as a strategic advisor, they empower prospects and the sales team with expert technical insights while ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation. This role requires a combination of strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Customer-Needs Assessment

  • Work closely with sales representatives to understand customer business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to gather technical and business context.
  • Identify potential opportunities and challenges for product implementation.

Solution Development & Demonstration

  • Craft compelling and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Configure and customize product environments to showcase specific features and benefits.
  • Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the company's offerings.

    • Technical Expertise

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers.
  • Address technical questions and concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and SOWs (Statements of Work).
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

    • Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to the presales process.
  • Develop and maintain presales materials, such as demos, presentations, and case studies.
  • Track presales activities and report on key metrics.

    • Job Requirements

    What will I need to ace this role?

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred for more senior roles.

    • Experience

  • Mid-Level : 3–5 years of experience in a presales or related role with a proven track record of success.
  • Senior Level : 5+ years of experience in a presales leadership role, with expertise in a specific industry or technology.
  • Experience working with Cloud Providers, System Integrators, and Infrastructure Providers.

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Cloud Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, On-Premises Infrastructure, and Managed Services Solutions.
  • Ability to architect Cloud Solutions and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.

  • Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
