Job Summary

Supports the management of the function’s data platforms and workplace tools and solutions, extracting data and delivering insights to inform and shape property, sustainability and real estate services, while identifying and anticipating current and future business needs.

Job Accountabilities

• Extracts data from workplace and real estate platforms using industry specific insights to provide reporting on trends and KPI data.Create visualizations and dashboards to support the function’s storytelling, ensuring business needs are met and identifying future property, sustainability and real estate technology solutions as well as projects and programs to deliver workplace change.
• Analyze and measure performance from platforms such as workplace experience, occupancy, leasing and leasing events, workplace efficiency, wellbeing, utilization.
