Align and motivate regional team to achieve Annual Target (sell in & sell out) and Objectives while building capability for future growth with passion for front line executive.
Responsible for Market share & ND gains for the region assigned.
Responsible for Distribution and New product placements.
Maintain Agent Inventory as per Etika Norms.
Participate on regional team, contracting the support required for his / her Region and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Align organization around delivery of AOP.
Redeploy local resources, on short-term basis to take advantage of changing business opportunities.
Maintain physical presence in the market to recognize good performance and frontline needs.
Support / sponsor HR tolls for building management capability.
Model ETIKA values for region.
Build and maintain customer relationship with key market players (wiring).
Ability to optimize the utilization of working capital mainly cash and accounts receivables and balancing customer relationship to continuously promote greater sales and profit within the boundaries of sound credit practices for both the company and outlets.
