You will be an on-site practitioner for one of our partners, directly supporting employees' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals. This is delivered primarily through in-person 1-on-1 sessions.

We are seeking to partner with Clinical Psychologists and counsellors to be part of a community working collaboratively to bring greater mental health access to the public and provide mental health coaching.

What You\'ll Do

• Provide onsite / in-person mental health counselling for the employees of Intellect\'s local clients in Malaysia
• Report to the client\'s office for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Deliver New Hire Orientation sessions on resilience, stress triggers and management and wellbeing resources available
• Conduct workshops for managers on empathy and identifying distress in employees
• Teach groups coping mechanisms related to stressful and traumatic information they encounter
• Ideate and conduct team-building / fun activities
• Moderate peer group support sessions
• Develop and deliver on-site group sessions and workshops to promote mental health education, resilience and awareness
• Deliver customized training programs as per the requirement of the employee group in consensus with the wellness coordinator
• Share monthly reports on utilisation / participation
• Collaboratively work with Intellect\'s internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform
