Develop and implement a short-term, high-impact marketing strategy aligned with Pixlr Group's business objectives.

Provide strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership to support business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Market Positioning : Strengthen global brand presence and position Pixlr Group as a creative technology leader.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention : Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing : Oversee SEO, SEM, content strategy, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid social campaigns.
  • Partnerships & External Collaboration : Identify and manage strategic partnerships to extend Pixlr Group's reach.
  • Budget & Resource Allocation : Manage and optimise the marketing budget to support strategic initiatives and maximise ROI.
  • Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer : Mentor and support the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the software, technology, or creative industries.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, with success in leading marketing strategies and growth hack for SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or digital products.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-level executives.
