Production Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanPropose weekly APZ headcounts and organization aligned with MPS. Ensure production meets quality, inventory targets. Assign containment and corrective actions when problems cannot be solved by the APT. Review daily all QRAP of your perimeter. Escalate issues to APU level when needed. Coordinate with Supply Chain on daily MPS priorities. Respect MPS contract daily; take measures when deviations occur. Get involvement of support functions to solve issues promptly. Monitor shift QCDM and keep boards updated. Generate reports defined by site. Perform OJT on daily team standards. Enforce health, safety, environmental rules for the APTs of your perimeter. Ensure updated working instructions for every station. Implement improvements and verify adherence to safety, quality, 5S. Define work standards with support functions and operators. Deploy TPM standards : abnormalities detection, equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, line QRQCs. Control genba equipment performance; react accordingly. Measure time with main MUDA seeking. Update QCDM displays at end of shift and ensure material availability. Lead action plans to improve SQCDM performance with APU and Plant. Maintain a dynamic Proposals of Improvements system. Lead safety and environment risk reduction and line Safety QRQC for safety issues. Contribute to equipment and process start‑ups. Lead zoning evolution and improvements. Participate in APU QRQC : quality, delivery efficiency, maintenance. Pilot PDCA / FTA & maintenance 5 WHYs on assigned topics. Prepare LLC & Kaizen cards. Lead VPS workshops and liaise with site VPS Manager. Facilitate improvement actions within APTs. Participate in budget preparation and manage APZ budget. Promote Valeo 5 axes and reach V5000 targets.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the production line, ensuring safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Induct new personnel and schedule training sessions.
- Analyze flexibility and multi‑skills needs, define training plans to develop team autonomy.
- Monitor certification process and update real‑time flexibility grid.
- Manage daily absenteeism, holidays, safety rule enforcement, environmental risk analysis, APZ communication, and performance board updates.
- Validate operator working time and enforce standard stops.
- Escalate and perform reaction according to standards.
- Follow up on APZ main objectives in monthly meetings with people under your responsibility.
- Create a positive social climate; conduct annual appraisals, salary reviews, and career interviews.
