RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform administrative activities e.g report generation to support sales department
develop and manage customer relationships and order enquiries
- ensure sales orders are processed and delivered on time
- Issue delivery orders and billing invoices and other customer related documents that facilitate a smooth sales order
- Issue PO & monitor, Good receiving record in system.
- Coordinate with internal department on customer's request
- Responsible for ensuring SOP
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, signs for incoming packages, and assists other visitors.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Operates and maintains office equipment.
- Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed, to provide backup support to CS / SS team if / when needed ( especially during their absent)
- Coordinating with custom officer
- Monitor debtor aging
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.Required skill(s) : MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
