Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Remote Accounts Executive who is highly motivated and possesses a strong sense of integrity. This is a remote-based position for candidates residing in Malaysia, and only Malaysian citizens need to apply. The role is full-time on a contract basis. There are excellent career progression opportunities, including potential promotion upon a successful performance review.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of revenue and preparation of reconciliation schedules
• Handling of supplier invoices, recording into the system, and processing payments
• Managing full sets of accounts for dormant companies
• Providing support in month-end closings
• Reconciling monthly bank statements
• Assisting in ad-hoc administrative and finance assignments when required
