About the role

Key Responsibilities :

• Review technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Carefully review and edit reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to improve the clarity and flow of content
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data and findings within reports
• Ensure format reports according to company or client specifications
• Ensure that all reports align with company branding and communication standards
• Organize and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain templates and style guides
• Track document revisions and manage version control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Assist in the development of documentation strategies and plans
• Participate in meetings to gather information and updates on projects
• Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checks on technical content
• Meet tight deadlines and work efficiently to deliver high-quality work
• Proofread final versions of reports before report submission for approval
