Regional E-Commerce Specialist

Industry : Computer Printer Manufacturing Location : Selangor, Malaysia Good Remuneration Salary Package and Benefits Job Responsibilities : Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok) and manage 'where to buy' listings on brand websites. Monitor that product listings, inventory, and content are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms. Plan and execute regional online campaigns, such as mega online sales days and product launches. Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and new product launches in alignment with regional marketing plans. Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS) to produce performance dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights. Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitor benchmarking, recommending strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Work closely with regional and country teams to optimize brand and product visibility on e-commerce platforms. Conduct monthly meetings with local and regional teams to review performance, address operational issues, and ensure strategy alignment. Requirements : Bachelors degree in marketing, business, e-commerce or a related field. 3-5 years of e-commerce experience , ideally managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia. Proven track record in online sales growth, marketplace management and campaign execution. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI). Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer trends. Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
