This is a confidential executive search for a senior Enterprise Account Director who will drive strategic enterprise growth, manage high-value client relationships, and deliver measurable results in the Malaysian market.
Compensation
- Base Salary : MYR 336,609 per annum
- Commission / Incentive : MYR 336,609 per annum
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) : MYR 673,218 per annum

Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting enterprise clients across Malaysia.Identify and acquire new customers while expanding existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling.Partner with resellers, distributors, and consulting partners throughout the full sales cycle.Manage contract negotiations and drive successful deal closures.Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with reliable forecasting.Drive customer success through proactive account management and deep business understanding.Engage at CxO level to promote transformation initiatives and strengthen long-term partnerships.Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 7–8 years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, with proven results managing complex deals.Strong understanding of Data Visualization, BI, and Data Integration markets.Experience across financial services, telecommunications, or public sector verticals preferred.Solid knowledge of revenue recognition, pricing models, and contract structures.Proven experience working through partner and reseller ecosystems.Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Malay and English.A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a matrixed, international environment.Expertise in Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence technologies.Strong existing CxO network within major Malaysian enterprises.What’s in It for You
