Sports Facility Supervisor (Padel)

JPC Padel is one of Malaysia’s pioneering padel facilities, built to grow the sport and create a vibrant community for players of all levels. With multiple state-of-the-art courts and a welcoming environment, we’re on a mission to make padel accessible and fun. We’re looking for a Sports Facility Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our padel courts. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about sports, customer experience, and operational excellence. Role Description Supervise daily operations of padel courts, ensuring smooth bookings, check-ins, and overall player experience. Manage on-ground staff to deliver excellent service. Monitor court conditions, cleanliness, lighting, and equipment, ensuring facilities meet safety and quality standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution both in-person and online (e.g., Playtomic app bookings). Coordinate with management on scheduling, promotions, tournaments, and special events. Track daily revenue, attendance, and operational reports; ensure compliance with SOPs. Uphold brand values by creating a welcoming, inclusive, and community-driven environment. Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory / operations role (sports, fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about sports (padel experience is a plus). Comfortable with digital booking systems (Playtomic knowledge is an advantage). Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
