Job Summary :
The HR Executive provides day-to-day support in HR operations across all divisions. This includes recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, and training coordination. The role requires adaptability to manage both on-ground operational staff (ferry crew, jetty operators) and corporate staff (finance, telco, logistics).
Key Responsibilities :
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including advertising roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, certifications, and work permits where necessary.
- Assist in payroll preparation, allowances, and overtime management.
- Coordinate training programs focused on safety (marine / telco), customer service, and compliance.
- Support employee engagement activities across multiple business units.
- Assist in ensuring company-wide HR compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements :
Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum 2 years HR experience.Knowledge of shift-based workforce scheduling an added advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.Preferred Skills :
Experience working with marine or logistics companies.Familiarity with HRDF claims and training programs.
