Job Scope and Description : Implementation, training, troubleshooting, and testing on Software App, providing expert advice and solutions to customer issues, and ensuring all tickets are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction. Handle problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging to quickly identify and escalate issues to the appropriate level of support. Seek a customer support specialist to assist clients via phone and remote access. Comprehensive training and hands-on guidance provided. Opportunity to work with senior experts and young professionals. Handle customer E-invoice inquiries and issues. Good to know with Accounting & Payroll Software systems and conduct Software Training. Able to implement and train Ai software as part of the role. Passion and patience to develop an AI prompt within a dynamic environment.

Requirements :

Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. At least one year of experience in the customer service field and technical support field. Five-day workweek, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm. Reasonable annual leave and maternity / paternity leave entitlements. Relaxing cafe area, free parking, complimentary snacks and beverages, and more.
