Role Description
You will be responsible for promoting rental solutions, expanding market reach, securing project‑based rental jobs, and managing strong client relationships within the construction and industrial sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the rental business.
- Plan campaigns and initiatives to meet rental sales targets for access and lifting equipment.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition : Identify and target potential customers in construction and industrial sectors; generate leads through site visits, networking, and market engagement; conduct sales presentations; prepare proposals / quotation; negotiate rental rates and contract terms; close deals to achieve revenue goals and expand market share; follow up on tenders, inquiries, and project opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships across projects and companies; handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions; gather client feedback to improve service quality and strengthen retention.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis : Monitor industry trends, project pipelines, and customer demand; track competitor pricing, services, and equipment offerings; provide insights to management to guide business strategy.
- Marketing & Promotion Support : Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and digital content; support development of social media campaigns and promotional activities; promote rental products and services at exhibitions, site visits, and meetings.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking : Track sales activities, leads, and revenue performance; prepare reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and campaign results; provide updates to management on opportunities, challenges, and progress.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil), Business, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction equipment rental, scaffolding, industrial machine or related industries.Proven sales record and ability to build client relationships.Strong client networking abilities and proven track record in closing deals.Experience in work‑at‑height or access equipment solutions is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of construction workflows and site needs.Customer‑focused, with strong problem‑solving abilities.Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).If you are ambitious, results‑driven, and eager to grow in the industrial and construction solutions market — we welcome you to apply and grow with us.
