Engage students in classroom discussions, active learning, and lab activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching responsibilities
- To conduct large-class teaching, small-group facilitation, ward / clinic teaching as appropriate.
- To develop learning resources / materials for students’ learning and assessment.
- To conduct student assessments and invigilate examinations.
- To plan and accompany students on educational visits.
- To supervise research students.
2. Student personality development, student support / supervision
To be a convenor of at least one co-curricular activities for students.To participate in faculty Grand Reflection meetings.3. Administration / service to UOC
To be a course coordinator upon appointment.To contribute to Faculty / University committees.To conduct student interviews / other university promotions.4. Clinical services (Clinical lecturers only)
To provide clinical / patient care services as requested by training / Ministry of Health hospital / clinic.5. Contribution to society, professional body, corporate etc
To contribute to professional consultancy & networking – international & local, as approved by Dean of Faculty.6. Research & self-development
To participate in research, publication, conference, and training.Skills and Experiences
