You will support the manufacturing operations through effective project execution, facility improvement initiatives, and warehouse optimization. You will act as the technical lead for assigned engineering projects and provide ongoing support to warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Logistics Management :
- Oversee warehouse and logistics teams to improve material flow, layout efficiency, inventory accuracy, support logistics cost reduction, and lead digitalization initiatives.
- Provide technical support to warehouse operations and new equipment commissioning.
Project Management & Execution :
Lead and manage engineering and cross‑functional improvement projects within the plant and warehouse division.Develop and review project specifications, layouts, and technical documentation.Equipment & Facility Reliability :
Support preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, warehouse systems, and utilities to ensure operational reliability.Drive improvement in equipment utilization, energy efficiency, and operational productivity.Health, Safety & Environment :
Ensure all plant operations comply with health and safety regulations.Participate in risk assessments and implement safety measures in collaboration with the HSE team.What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or any related disciplines.At least 5 years of experience in plant engineering, maintenance, or project management within a manufacturing environment.Experienced in warehouse or logistics‑related projects is an added advantage.Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Excel and data management platforms, e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, SAP reporting tools.Seniority level
