Penerangan pekerjaanEstablish and implement all policies, activities, procedures and instructions relevant to the ESH management system. Fulfill the company’s contractual obligations to the client. Plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and control project operations and engineering, guiding the Project Engineer under his supervision. Plan, coordinate and monitor contractors’ activities at project sites periodically. Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices at all times. Ensure all works comply with customers’ engineering standards and specifications for assigned projects. Review and monitor site work progress periodically and arrange resources as required based on project criticality. Ensure inspection and testing adhere to client requirements. Prepare progressive invoices for the client. Undertake additional duties and tasks as required by management. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, safety and health legislation, regulations and practices at the workplace. Monitor, control and improve QESH performance at the project site.

Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, PG Diploma, Professional Degree or Engineering (Power Electrical).
- At least 4–5 years of relevant experience.
- Good experience in handling a power substation is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise a team of engineers.
- Analytical, independent, minimal supervision.
- Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, authorities.
- Self‑motivated with strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of legal, environmental, safety & health requirements.
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Office.
- Willingness to travel to outstation project sites as required.
