Interior Design Project Site Supervisor

Join the dynamic team at A&A Concept Design & Contract Sdn. Bhd. as an Interior Design Project Site Supervisor. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the execution of high-quality interior design projects from start to finish.

Scope

The candidate must have experience in the Interior Design & Build industry and be well-versed in ID construction processes, detailing, and site coordination. This role requires managing on-site execution, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project timelines and cost efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ID construction works on-site, ensuring smooth work sequences and adherence to documentation flow.
• Ensure ID detailing, termination, and problem-solving are handled efficiently to maintain high-quality finishes.
• Coordinate with contractors to arrange and oversee site work, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project specifications.
• Attend meetings and site inspections as required.
• Prepare and maintain site progress reports, work programs, and schedules.
• Handle project documentation, including handover lists, inventory records, RFIs, dilapidation reports, VO lists and worker lists etc.
• Monitor and enforce workmanship quality and ensure that project timelines are met.
• Attend meetings, safety briefings, and coordination discussions.
• Read and interpret BOQ and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution on-site.
• Optimize time and cost efficiency, minimizing delays and unnecessary expenses.
• Report directly to the assigned Project Manager, providing timely updates on site activities and challenges.
