Junior Warehouse Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPrepare and issue delivery orders and shipping documents. Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch of goods. Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments. Conduct final checks for accuracy of quantity and quality before dispatch. Update outgoing records in the system. Monitor and follow up on customer deliveries. Maintain proper filing of all outgoing documentation. Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation for audit purposes. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards. Assist in stock-taking and cycle count activities. Support warehouse organization and housekeeping activities. Liaise with internal departments (purchasing, sales, accounts) for smooth workflow. Provide administrative support to the logistics team. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management. Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred. Familiar with ERP systems (FOCUS system knowledge is an advantage). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication skills in English and Malay. Health insurance Meal allowance Opportunities for promotion Professional development

- Generate reports for incoming goods using the FOCUS system.
- Verify accuracy of delivery documents (invoice, packing list, purchase order).
- Inspect incoming goods for quantity and quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
- Update stock records and system entries promptly.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.
