IT Engineer

Overview

Oversee the overall strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of the company’s information systems (ERP + CIM). Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and cybersecurity), ensuring system stability, scalability, and compliance with security standards. Establish system monitoring mechanisms and incident response procedures to ensure business continuity and promptly handle security incidents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate manufacturing processes and business requirements into effective IT system solutions that improve operational efficiency. Manage and develop the IT team, including workforce planning, training, and professional skill development. Continuously track emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and driving system upgrades and improvement projects to strengthen enterprise competitiveness. Job Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree or above with at least 3 years’ experience in semiconductor (manufacturing) information department management ERP / Infra / CIM department operations integration and management Experience in ERP (SAP S / 4 Hana) or MES system introduction and integration Possess good project management skills and be able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration and project execution Familiar with basic network planning and management experience related to corporate information technology computer rooms Familiar with information system integration and management of manufacturing automation systems and factory equipment control Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken in Mandarin, English (need to deal with Taiwan counterparts)
