Sunway Pyramid / Pavilion Bukit Jalil / Sunway Square / TTDI

What You’ll Do

  • Assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
  • Handle product, service, and warranty inquiries.
  • Register and follow up on service requests / complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
  • Maintain records and ensure a customer-friendly environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

    • Working Hours

    5 days work week (2 off days, rotational).

    9 : 00am – 10 : 30pm (mall operation hours).
