We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Finance Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and reconciliation of financial discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff and contribute to their development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or others) and Microsoft Excel.Must have experience from Construction industry.Strong understanding of GAAP / IFRS and financial reporting.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Seniority level
