Position Summary
The Product Market Specialist is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for deeply understanding our target audience, the competitive landscape, and the unique value of our products to develop compelling messaging and go to market strategies. Your work will directly influence product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, new market opportunities, customer needs and pain points.
Providing sales teams with the tools and messaging they need to effectively sell the product.
Analyze and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and positioning.
Gather and synthesize customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and sales data to inform product and marketing strategies.
Develop clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
Craft impactful content for various channels, including website copy, sales enablement materials, case studies, and presentations.
Ensure all marketing and sales collateral consistently communicates our product's core value.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear customer benefits.
Strong communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
