CRM & Membership Operations
Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Analyze membership data to gain insights and support targeted marketing campaigns
- Manage and monitor the performance of membership programs, benefits, and point systems
- Plan and execute member-exclusive campaigns and personalized engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with teams to optimize member experience across all touchpoints
Provide regular CRM reports and insights to management, including ROI and KPIs
Retail Store & Campaign Support
Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and member-centric campaigns
Coordinate with stores to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activitiesSupervise and guide stores in delivering consistent brand and customer experienceAssist in managing store maintenance and merchandising display standards as neededParticipate in innovation planning, providing insights from CRM and customer behavior dataPerform any other ad hoc tasks related to CRM or retail operations as assignedJob Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any fieldsFresh graduates are welcome to apply for executive role as on-job training will be providedGood communication, interpersonal and training skillsCandidate must possess own transport and willing to travel within MalaysiaRequired language(s) : English and Mandarin (To communicate with our Mandarin Speaking Client)
